NOTES

1. RESERVATION FEE amounting P30,000 is NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Loanable amount is subject to approval by the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or the Bank.

3. Monthly amortization will start 30 days from the payment date of the Reservation Fee.
